Refund Policy

As donations are voluntary contributions made to a charitable trust, they are generally non-refundable.

In exceptional cases — such as duplicate transactions, incorrect amount entry or technical errors — refund requests may be considered if raised within 7 days of the transaction. Please email us with the transaction reference.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
